Enrichment Course Refund Policy

You must call the Community Education Office at 507-328-4000 to withdraw a class registration from any of our programs or age groups.

Youth Enrichment

Withdrawal Policy Prior to Start Date

  • If you withdraw from a class more than three (3) full business days (excluding weekends) before the class start date, you will receive a refund minus any costs incurred, including a processing fee.

    • For classes with a registration fee of less than $150, the processing fee is $5.

    • For classes with a registration fee of $150 or higher, the processing fee is $20.

  • Classes may have a “No Refund” date listed in the description. If a date is not specified, the “No Refund” date is three (3) full business days (excluding weekends) prior to the class start date. No refunds will be issued after the “No Refund” date.

Withdrawal Policy After Start Date

You may withdraw from classes of three sessions or more after attending the first session. You must notify the Enrichment Office, 507-328-4000, of your intent to withdraw prior to the second class. Unless otherwise indicated, you will be issued a prorated refund minus a $5 processing fee and any costs incurred.


Adult Enrichment

CLASSES

WITHDRAWAL PRIOR TO START DATE

  • If you withdraw from a class more than three (3) full business days (excluding weekends) before the class start date, you will receive a refund minus a $5.00 processing fee.
  • No refunds if cancelled less than three (3) business days prior to class start date.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY AFTER START DATE FOR CLASSES WITH MORE THAN ONE SESSION

  • You may withdraw from classes of three or more sessions after attending the first session. prior to the second session.
  • You must notify the Enrichment Office, 507-328-4000 of your intent to withdraw prior to the second class.
  • Unless otherwise indicated, you will be issued a prorated refund minus a $5 processing fee and any costs incurred.

TRIPS-EFFORTLESS EXCURSIONS  

  • If you withdraw from a trip prior to the “No Refund” date listed in the description, you will receive a refund minus a $5 processing fee.
  • If you need to withdraw from a trip after the “No Refund” date:
    • If our office is NOT able to fill the open seat you will NOT receive a refund. 
    • If our office IS able to fill the open seat you will receive a refund minus a $20 processing fee.


Adults with Exceptional Abilities Cancellation/Refund Policy

WITHDRAWAL PRIOR TO START DATE

  • Class cancellation must be made a minimum of one week prior to the class starting date to receive a full refund.
  • Classes paid for by credit card will have the refund returned to the card.
  • Due to processing costs, no refunds will be issued for amounts of $5 or less unless Community Education cancels the class.
  • No refunds 48 hours prior to class start date.
